Welcome to PixHub - a fast platform for hosting and sharing images and videos. This section covers everything you need to know to get started.
What the platform offers
- Fast image and video uploads, with or without an account
- Organizing files into albums
- Direct links and embed code for use on other platforms
- Full management of your own files from a dashboard
- API access for integration into third-party applications
Creating an account
An account isn't required to upload files, but it offers significant advantages:
- A complete history of your uploaded files
- The ability to edit, rename, or delete files at any time
- Organization into albums
- Access to view statistics
- An API key for automation
To create an account, go to the Register page and fill in a username, email address, and password. Your account is active immediately.
Navigating the platform
The top navigation bar gives you quick access to search, notifications, and the account menu. The home page displays the most recent public files. Each file has its own page with links, statistics, and embed options.
Privacy and visibility
Files uploaded without an account are public and accessible to anyone who has the link. Logged-in users can set the visibility of each file individually or at the album level.
