Additional information about the reporting process
Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (DSA), Art. 16, anyone may notify the platform about content they believe is illegal or that infringes their rights. We process all reports promptly and in good faith.
Grounds for Reporting
Copyright — content that reproduces protected works without authorization (Romanian Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights; Directive (EU) 2019/790).
Privacy / Personal data — publication of personal data without consent (doxxing), erasure requests under the right to be forgotten (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR, Art. 17; Art. 226 of the Romanian Criminal Code).
Intimate images shared without consent — distribution of sexual images or recordings without the depicted person's consent (Art. 226(3) of the Romanian Criminal Code; Law No. 217/2003).
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that sexually exploits minors (Romanian Law No. 196/2003; Directive 2011/93/EU). These reports are forwarded immediately to the competent authorities.
Hate speech — content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, etc. (Romanian Government Ordinance No. 137/2000; Law No. 167/2020; Council Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA).
Violent or dangerous content — graphic violent content, or content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts (Articles 368-369 of the Romanian Criminal Code; DSA Art. 34).
Terrorist or extremist content — material that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates acts of terrorism (Regulation (EU) 2021/784; Romanian Law No. 535/2004).
Defamation / Slander — false statements of fact that damage someone's reputation (Articles 238-239 of the Romanian Criminal Code; Art. 1349 of the Romanian Civil Code).
Fraud / Deception — content used to mislead or harm others (Art. 244 of the Romanian Criminal Code).
How We Process Reports
We review every report within 5-7 business days. Manifestly illegal content (CSAM, terrorism) is suspended immediately and reported to the competent authorities. For other categories, we assess the report in the context of applicable law and notify both the reporting party and the affected user of the decision made.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the decision was made in error, you can send a counter-notice to the email address below. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, the reasons why the removal is mistaken, and your electronic signature.
Liability for Abusive Reports
False or bad-faith reports may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Romanian law, including for making false statements (Art. 326 of the Romanian Criminal Code) and tortious civil liability (Art. 1349 of the Romanian Civil Code).
